My name is Melinda Stuart

I'm a Marketer who likes to work with a commercial mindset. One of the metrics increasingly being measured by B2B marketing teams is: revenue and the ability to be able to show measurable contribution to revenue generation by Marketing.

I have  been lucky enough in several companies that I've worked to create organisational change. This has been in small ways, i.e.: documentation of internal processes or running internal & external teams following Agile Scrum principles, to large impact changes - creating alignment between disparate Sales & Marketing teams.

There are multiple Marketing disciplines which are needed in even single activity or tactic executions. I've put together this portfolio of my recent experience to capture this.

When looking at the results I was able to generate together with my teams, it's important to take into context the size of the organisation and the type of sale. For example, we all know the work and amount of stakeholders involved in large enterprise deals, especially with customised solutions.
